The Green Jobs Debate

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the proposed American Clean Energy and Security Act (ACESA) have broad implications with respect to the growth of the renewable energy sector and the jobs needed to support that growth. The question remains as to what that growth will really mean in terms of numbers and types of jobs.
